By participating in any in-person or digital classes, sessions, workshops, trainings, videos or events offered by In Yoga Collective dba Four Paths Yoga, you acknowledge and agree that yoga involves physical movement and the risk of injury. You assume full responsibility for your participation and waive any claims against In Yoga Collective LLC, its instructors, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your involvement. Always consult with a physician before participating to address any potential or existing health concerns. Your participation confirms that you understand and accept these terms.
Classes, private sessions, workshops, memberships, and digital products are final and non-refundable. Missed classes or sessions are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling may be available at discretion.
Payments for workshops, retreats, and special events are also non-refundable unless canceled by In Yoga Collective dba Four Paths Yoga, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued.
